L&L is a nationally and internationally well-established patent law firm based in Munich, Germany. Our services cover all aspects of intellectual property matters, including securing, defending, enforcing and licensing patents, trademarks and design patents.

The attorneys of L&L are entitled to practise before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office and the European Community Trademark Office and to represent their clients in the German Federal Patent Court and, in nullity proceedings, in the German Federal Supreme Court. In cases of infringement, we work closely with other legal professionals so that we also provide the expertise necessary to conduct litigation before the German Civil Courts. We also have a network of associates around the world qualified to act directly before their national offices and provide specific expert advice.
